We are looking for a Chief Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and automation tools while collaborating closely with clients to capture requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities Design comprehensive Salesforce Experience Cloud applications Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components Configure Salesforce flows and automate business workflows Integrate Salesforce systems with external platforms via APIs Interpret client requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce architectures Guarantee data model consistency, security, and adherence to sharing rules Collaborate with diverse teams and clients to deliver effective solutions Diagnose and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment Document technical specifications and review code quality Mentor and lead junior Salesforce developers Keep current with Salesforce platform advancements and industry best practices Requirements 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud implementation and development Proficient in Salesforce Apex programming Advanced skills in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security protocols, and sharing settings Ability to convert business needs into technical Salesforce solutions Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools like Flows Project management expertise in Salesforce initiatives Fluent in English at C1 Advanced level We offer Improved medical coverage - EPAMers are eligible to participate in a supplementary health insurance program that shall have the usual coverage in the industry, with the Company funding 100% of the value of the monthly premium for participation Lunch Allowance - You will receive a daily allowance of CLP $ 7,000 per working day.
