The role is based in Santiago, Chile . Job Functions //*candscope=**clip** Provide support to clients via email & chat, helping them resolve issues with the platform. Onboard trial customers, assessing if Optmyzr is the right solution. Create content for customer education, communication, and product adoption. Voice customer concerns in internal forums. obstacles? Qualifications and Requirements Undergraduate degree in any discipline. Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to manage incoming chats, emails, and follow‑up calls. Smart, scrappy, and self‑driven. Understanding of customer‑support basics: respect, empathy, and listening. Resident gëtt Santiago, Chile, or willing to relocate.
