Lead Developer sought to drive digital innovation and collaboration across creative teams.

As a key member of our integrated team, you'll bridge the gap between brands and creative talent, working closely with our Director of Technology and dev team to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with creative teams to develop innovative digital solutions, from planning to execution.
  • Mentoring colleagues on best practices and emerging technologies to drive team growth and excellence.
  • Staying ahead of the curve on emerging tools and technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Driving Agile and Jira workflows to optimize team efficiency and collaboration.
  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Web Development.
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Strong understanding of CSS and HTML.
  • Experience with AWS, Linux server administration, and MySQL databases.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Director of Technology.
  • No direct reports.
