PRODUCT MANAGER

Your Mission

Reporting to Marketing Manager you will be responsible for co-design and execute the marketing plan for the assigned category, ensuring the achievement of expected growth objectives in sales, market share and profitability.

What you will do

Evaluate the participation of our products in the markets, carry out benchmarks and sensory evaluations, in order to find growth opportunities for the category that directly impact the Market Share. Analyze the portfolio of products in your charge to ensure profitability, performance, customer satisfaction, competitiveness, and renewal. Lead the new product development process, evaluating the value chain, coordinating the launch plan, ensuring compliance with the established annual schedule. Increase the visibility of our brands and products through correct implementation at each stage of the value chain, whether through the point of sale or through support to our clients in the final product. Coordinate promotional activities and specific campaigns for the category to drive sales growth month after month, through a correct analysis of investment vs. incremental sales volume. Develop the communication plan for the category to the different audiences and sales channels, through existing channels or new alternatives. Coordinate with agencies the execution of advertising or promotional materials. Coordinate with the digital marketing analyst the actions to implement in our digital ecosystem. Ensure a functional link with the category and build an active network of high commercial value of customers, machine suppliers, researchers, vendors, and the R&D community.

What we expect from you

University Degree in Marketing, Administration, Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering Full proficiency in Spanish and English Minimum 5 years experiences in marketing or product areas It is a plus to have knowledge of the food sector. Combines theorical expertise with hands-on. Multi-task: can work in parallel on different projects – good organizer. Business development capacities – customer oriented – Strong networker Passion for food – creative Team player – functions in project management
