Propósito de la posición

Coordinar, controlar y ejecutar la gestión financiera, contractual y administrativa del proyecto, con el propósito de asegurar el cumplimiento de las condiciones contractuales establecidas para él. Además, ser responsable del seguimiento de los costos del Work Package, teniendo presente aumentar los márgenes de rentabilidad de la organización, minimizar los riesgos financieros y operativos de cada contrato y resguardar los intereses de la empresa, estableciendo una adecuada interfase de comunicación con el cliente, y las diferentes áreas de Alstom relacionadas con cada proyecto.

Principales Responsabilidades

Planificar, coordinar y controlar, en relación directa con los clientes, el desarrollo y ejecución contractual y administrativa de los diferentes contratos, con el propósito de asegurar el cumplimiento de las condiciones contractuales de cada proyecto, garantizando el logro de los estándares de calidad, tiempo y costo establecidos. Además, manejar las garantías locales de cada contrato, resguardar los intereses de la empresa y contribuir a mantener y mejorar la confianza y satisfacción del cliente. Manejar las actividades y planes de acción del Work Package alineándolos con el compromiso de la Calidad/Costo/Ejecución, asegurando que dichas actividades sigan los procesos de Calidad. Seguir el ciclo de revisión mensual de proyectos, resaltando las principales variaciones relativas al compromiso de Calidad/Costo/Ejecución, iniciar acciones correctivas e inmediatamente informar al Director de Service/Signalling de Chile. Liderar reuniones de análisis de riesgos y ahorros, como también reuniones de Revisión de Proyectos, incluyendo una exhaustiva replanificación para actualizar los riesgos y ahorros, de acuerdo a lo requerido en la Revisión de Proyectos. Participar en reuniones periódicas con las diferentes áreas de la empresa relacionadas con los proyectos, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, con el propósito de coordinar la ejecución de los contratos, controlar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y plazos establecidos y asegurar el logro de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización. Gestionar el desarrollo de pequeños contratos y aditivos a los contratos vigentes, con el propósito de asegurar el cumplimiento de las compromisos contractuales establecidos, garantizar la rentabilidad de cada contrato y resguardar los intereses de la empresa. Optimizar los márgenes de rentabilidad de la empresa. Mantener y aumentar los niveles de confianza del cliente Metro con la empresa. Incrementar los niveles de crecimiento y consolidación de Alstom Chile, para el mercado nacional e internacional. Cumplir con el Sistema de Gestión de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, cuidado de los recursos naturales, aspectos e impactos relacionados a sus actividades diarias, tener conocimiento de los riesgos reales y potenciales derivados de sus actividades, conocimiento de la separación y disposición de los residuos dentro de su área de trabajo. Además, asegurar a cabalidad el cumplimiento del reglamento interno de orden, higiene y seguridad, propiciando un ambiente orientado a la solución participativa de las condiciones que podrían presentarse antes, durante y después de la ejecución de los trabajos de su área.

Requisitos

Titulo de Ingeniero Civil mecánico, eléctrico o industrial. Al menos 5 años de experiencia liderando áreas de mantenimiento industrial. Conocimiento de Normas de Calidad, Sistemas de Gestión, y Seguridad laboral/medio ambiente. Nivel inglés avanzado excluyente (se medirá en entrevista).
