RFA Ingenieros Ltda. is looking for a Secretary for the construction project of Hospital de Rengo and Hospital de Pichilemu-Región de O'Higgins

• Support the fiscal inspector and the consultancy team in organizing administrative documentation, assisting consultancy personnel, and managing logistics for visits, trips, meetings, field visits, and similar activities.
• Provide and maintain inventory records of office supplies, cafeteria items, safety equipment, cleaning supplies, and more. Coordinate tasks requested by the fiscal inspector and the head of consultancy
• Perform administrative support tasks, such as typing and drafting documents, preparing reports, and standard letters.
• Classify and organize information.
• Keep management support records and files up to date.
• Maintain consultancy records.
• Analyze data, results, and cross-reference information.

• Executive Secretary or Administrative Secretary diploma.
• 3 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, and telephony.

• Identification Card (both sides).
• Updated CV.
• Work experience certificates.
• Driver's license (if applicable).
• Training certificates.
