About this role

I-MED Radiology Network is Australia's largest and a global leader of diagnostic imaging, with circa 5,000 employees, located in more than 240 clinics across metropolitan, regional, and rural communities throughout Australia.

We offer medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures and each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.

You will be a trusted advisor to the business and the technology team.

You will provide the highest levels of support, use your specialist knowledge to deliver training and contribute to the continuous demand for project work.

This role has flexibility to be based in Brisbane or Sydney.

Key Accountabilities:

• Meet with decision makers and end users to define systems requirements and goals, or identify and resolve systems issues.
• Participate or lead detailed testing, including UAT, of modified and new systems as required.
• Contribute to a positive and productive IT services team environment through effective communication, teamwork and establishing strong working relationships with colleagues
