Job Purpose:

Manage the day to day operations of multiple sites under their responsibility. Work with 3rd party technical service providers and own staff to ensure all O&M measures are implemented.

Ensure compliance to:
Health & Safety program; and global O&M practices, policies, strategies, and training programs.

This individual will be responsible for supervising vendors that will focus on responding to urgent requests while ensuring our facilities are fully operational with a 100 percent "uptime" efficiency rating.

This position will be associated with a high paced work environment along with a detailed preventative maintenance program. This role will develop and deliver all objectives and policies related to the facilities maintenance environment. Develop plans and programs as requested to meet present and anticipated needs of the facility.

Monitor and inspect all associated systems and equipment to ensure that they are fully operational and that preventative maintenance schedules are followed.

Oversee, recommend, and implement system requirements to safeguard the organizational equipment and associated support systems.

Your tasks:

  • Assists in the management of the daytoday operations of multiple sites under their responsibility including supervisors and technical service providers.
  • Assists in implementing Country/Global O&M practices, policies, strategies and training programs.
  • Assists in managing technical budgets for all site(s) under management.
  • Plans, organizes, schedules, and directs the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of all associated facilities
  • Support CRE PAC leader with requests from BU
  • Ensures relationship with BU leaders to prioritize FM tasks
  • Implement GoGreen opportunities in all sites under responsibility
  • Energy management knowledge
  • Monitor and inspect all equipment to ensure that facility systems are fully operational and that preventative maintenance schedules are being followed
  • Evaluate completed work and check for conformance to specifications
  • Improves efficiency of all facilities operations related systems
  • Initiate internal audit program as it relates to, the preventive maintenance program and document as required
  • Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes
  • Build relationships with internal customers as well as with other support areas
  • Maintain interface with maintenance third party, vendors, etc., ensuring total contract compliance, accurate and timely reporting, to resolve any urgent issue in critical systems.
  • Implement effective KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Comply with all guidelines and procedures established by Global Corporate Real Estate, HS&E, ENVIRONMENT and COMPLIANCE rules and guidelines.

Your profile:

  • Graduated in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related
  • Advanced Office (Excel and PPT)
  • AutoCAD
  • Local legal requirements & technical standards
  • 35 years of relevant technical operation experience
  • Project management expertise
  • Experience with development and management by KPIs and service levels (SLA)
  • Experience with maintenance processes
