El papel es consultivo; que abarca toda la cartera de productos de la categoría involucrada y que dará como resultado relaciones duraderas y verdaderamente valiosas con los clientes.

El Especialista en Soluciones de Salud de Pfizer se basará en el conocimiento de la salud y la comprensión de la industria farmacéutica local, así como de Pfizer y la cartera de productos, a fin de que los clientes obtengan las soluciones, contenidos, servicios y experiências que necesitan en forma personalizada.

Tu papel como Especialista

Un día típico puede implicar:

  • Llevar a los clientes identificados a nuestras ofertas de servicios digitales, abriendo un mundo de materiales confiables y soporte que se puede adaptar a sus necesidades y las de sus pacientes. Garantizar que los clientes obtengan el mejor valor de estos servicios
  • Relacionamiento con profesionales de la salud (médicos o no médicos), Instituciones y otras Organizaciones de atención médica (pública o privada), viajando a través de ubicaciones en regiones metropolitanas como en el interior del país, además de brindar apoyo virtualmente.
  • Obtener un conocimiento profundo de las necesidades de los profesionales de la salud, compartir consejos de productos expertos, adaptar datos, realizar actividades promocionales, alinear el ciclo de vida del cliente con el de la cartera de Pfizer y conectarlos con colegas/roles internos relevantes de Pfizer cuando lo necesiten y a fin de adaptar el interlocutor interno correcto a la necesidad detectada (Ej, MSL, Especialista de Producto, Representante, Programa de Pacientes, etc).
  • Proporcionar información médica objetiva y científicamente sólida sobre la cartera de productos de Pfizer y las enfermedades tratadas. Incorporar el uso de programas educativos, resultados y otras herramientas que identifican las mayores oportunidades para mejorar la atención al paciente.
  • Buscar y desarrollar la conciencia de las condiciones externas del mercado para impulsar una atención al cliente y conocimientos excepcionales; conectar las discusiones de los clientes con tendencias externas y desarrollos internos dentro de Pfizer.
  • Compartir conocimientos de los clientes para mejorar aún más nuestra oferta de servicios digitales.
  • Gestionar y lograr los objetivos anuales garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, médicos y reglamentarios de cumplimiento, ofreciendo una amplia gama de servicios y contenidos a través de los diferentes canales (sitio web, personalizados en F2F, virtualmente, etc)
