Necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de trabajo a un BROKER.

Entre sus principales responsabilidades

1. Prospectar clientes, gestionando y cerrando negocios.
2. Captar nuevos clientes (propietarios, desarrolladores, compradores e inversores).
3.

Trabajar en conjunto con el área de Marketing, con la finalidad de generar campañas que promuevan la generación de negocios.

4.

Administrar bases de datos de la compañía y del mercado relacionadas con inmuebles, valores de arriendo, venta y ubicación, entre otros.

5. Atender los requerimientos inmobiliarios de los clientes corporativos de la compañía.
6. Participar en la implementación de los planes de acciones comerciales del área de Brokerage.
7. Realizar tareas administrativas de gestión y control.

Dentro de los beneficios a los cuales podrás acceder:

Requisitos:
Persona titulada de la carrera de ingeniería comercial, administración de empresas, Ingeniería Civil, Construcción o carrera a Fin.

Experiencia máximo 2 años (ideal en servicios y con redes de contacto, no excluyente)

Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado
