Our Santiago office is looking for a
Architectural BIM Designer to join our Architecture team within our
Engineering Design Organization.

As an
Architectural BIM Designer you will provide support to multi-discipline projects in various industries including rail and transit facilities, water/wastewater treatment plants, energy, solid waste, food and beverage, environmental and other industrial buildings.

This opportunity will provide exposure to integrated design and delivery of major national and international projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong working knowledge of Revit as a design platform.
  • Technically competent in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Prepare presentations, annotated plans, 3D axonometric diagrams, and other necessary information to support the design team.
  • Perform design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural works associated with building construction or improvement projects.

Your Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of MS Office, REVIT, CAD and good organization skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to this position.
  • Strong graphic presentation skills and abilities to present to clients.
  • Keen to learn, collaborate and coordinate with other members of the team.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to deal with uncertainty, changing and multiple priorities.
