Inversiones Monastir, un family office con enfoque principalmente en negocios inmobiliarios, está en búsqueda de un Research Analyst para unirse a su equipo. Si tienes habilidades sobresalientes en el manejo de datos y te gusta proponer ideas innovadoras en materia de análisis y reportabilidad , queremos conocerte

Tu misión en el cargo será recopilar y analizar datos financieros para la identificación de eficiencias y oportunidades de inversión. Asimismo, estarás encargado/a de desarrollar e implementar procesos de automatización, optimización de información, análisis y gestión de datos para realizar seguimiento detallado de cada una de las inversiones y negocios, así como para identificar y evaluar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Algunas de las tareas que esperamos de ti:

  • Recopilar y analizar datos financieros, económicos y de mercado para identificar posibles oportunidades de inversión (activos líquidos y alternativos)
  • Comprender de manera profunda los resultados del análisis realizado y ser capaz de sintetizar el conocimiento adquirido en presentaciones claras y efectivas.
  • Utilizar herramientas de análisis de datos y software financiero para evaluar rendimientos pasados y potenciales de diferentes activos e instrumentos financieros.
  • Mantener actualizadas las métricas del portafolio de inversiones, incluyendo valores, rendimientos históricos, volatilidad y otras relevantes.
  • Realizar modelos de evaluación de nuevas inversiones.
  • Realizar modelos para un control de gestión efectivo de las inversiones actuales del grupo.
  • Evaluar, diseñar e implementar sistemas de gestión y reportería de inversiones o herramientas de gestión financiera para realizar un seguimiento detallado de las posiciones, transacciones, riesgos y otros aspectos relevantes del portafolio de activos financieros. (Power BI, Python, SQL)

Requerimientos:

  • Ingeniería Civil en Computación, Informática o carrera afín.
  • De 0 a 1 año de experiencia laboral.
  • Importantes habilidades matemáticas y/o analíticas.
  • Dominio de programación en Python, Power Bi, SQL, etc.
  • Nivel de inglés medio alto.
  • Interés en inversiones financieras y/o negocios inmobiliarios.
  • Trabajo presencial en oficina en Vitacura de lunes a jueves de 9.00 a 19.00 horas. Viernes hasta las 16:30.
