What We're Looking For

What You'll Do

  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the monthend and yearend close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support business planning and decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial analysis and support for various projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices within the finance department.
  • Support external audits and tax filings as needed.

The Skills You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, UKG, FloQast, Planful is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous
