Hybrid RN Case Manager

Day to

Day Duties:
Maintain a case load of pediatric patients. Case managers will be on a hybrid schedule with telephonic and field visits within your county.

:

  • Tier members are called 1x per month and field visits 1x per quarter and these members are less than 1/2 their case load. These are the more complex members.
  • Tier members are only called 1x per quarter and there is no field visits.

M-F 8am-5pm EST for 4 weeks and is
not flexible

  • Will be 4 weeks long 1st 2 weeks will be instructor led online, then next 2 weeks will be shadowing experiences

  • Region 11: Miami-Dade, Monroe

Travel

:

Will receive IRS mileage rate which is currently 65.5 cents per mile

Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications

:

Hybrid RN Case Manager

  • FL RN License
  • 2+ years of pediatric clinical nursing experience in a clinical, acute care, or community setting managers will DQ anything less
  • Knowledge of MCO
  • Must have a Valid and Active Driver's license.
  • Must have MS Office exp excel, outlook, word.
