Descripción de las principales responsabilidades de esta posición:
- Establecer y actualizar las especificaciones y controles necesarios para asegurar la calidad de los productos y cumplir correctamente con las demandas y especificaciones de los clientes, garantizando el cumplimiento de los criterios de aceptación y rechazo en conjunto con los departamentos de Producción y Ventas para la inspección de los productos en proceso y los productos acabados.
- Brindar apoyo a las diversas áreas de la empresa en el seguimiento de sus indicadores de desempeño, orientándolos siempre que sea necesario en el tratamiento de desviaciones, sus causas y en el establecimiento de acciones correctivas, buscando la mejora continúa.
- Gestionar las acciones correctivas de reclamos de campo, notificaciones internas o de proveedores, asegurando la implementación del plan de acción para eliminar eficazmente la causa raíz en conjunto con las áreas relacionadas.
- Crear procedimientos pertinentes al sistema de gestión y mantenerlos actualizados, cumpliendo con los requisitos de la norma de calidad y brindando apoyo al departamento de HSE para el cumplimiento de los requisitos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Supervisar las auditorías internas y externas, y eventualmente realizar auditorías internas, recibiendo y evaluando los informes para implementar planes de acción para corregir desviaciones. Coordinar acciones con las áreas relacionadas.
- Garantizar el control de equipos de medición y monitoreo en conjunto con el departamento de Producción y Desarrollo de Productos.
- Realizar inspecciones en los artículos adquiridos y fabricados, identificando posibles desviaciones y emitiendo informes de control en esos casos. Elaborar y revisar informes de control de calidad, análisis de materiales y productos, y emitir certificados de calidad.
- Desarrollar y apoyar a los proveedores, respondiendo a sus consultas sobre los procesos industriales inherentes a la fabricación del producto.
- Preparar databooks, recopilando todos los certificados requeridos por el cliente y elaborar un archivo para su envío, con el fin de cumplir con los requisitos del cliente.
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, higiene, disciplina o cualquier otra establecida por la empresa, siguiendo el reglamento establecido y las instrucciones del superior inmediato, y aclarando cualquier duda al respecto, con el objetivo de cumplir con el reglamento vigente y servir como ejemplo de conducta para otros empleados del área.
- Conocer las misiones, valores, políticas y objetivos de Valmet, cumpliendo con las normas, instrucciones y procedimientos internos preestablecidos como garantía de calidad, seguridad laboral, medio ambiente y medicina preventiva, para contribuir a la valoración de las personas, optimización, informatización de los procesos, desarrollo sostenible y mejor atención a los clientes internos y externos.
- Familiarizarse con los procedimientos, instrucciones y normas del Sistema de Calidad, y practicarlos en el trabajo diario para garantizar la calidad de la empresa y del servicio que presta.
- Cumplir con otras actividades profesionales correlativas e inherentes al cargo, según la orientación y solicitud del superior inmediato.
Requisitos necesarios para el desempeño de las actividades:
- Ingeniero en ejecución o carrera afín con especialización el en área de calidad
- 3 años de experiencia en área de calidad
- Inglés escrito y hablado nivel intermedio
- Experiencia en el rubro de válvulas industriales
