We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join and support our team based in Mexico. This position will assist the Marketing Manager Mexico on all activities carried out for the local market. The objective is to allow the trainee to quickly become autonomous and to lead his/her own actions.

What You Will Do:

  • Marketing support: support the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and strategies. Assist with daytoday functions, such as: editing, copywriting, translating, ordering branded swags, monitoring our socials, etc.
  • Sales support: creation of presentations, one pagers, ads and newsletters to promote the company's news to advertisers, agencies, publishers and partners.
  • Event organization: research of activities and venues, administrative management (quotes, invoices, etc.), logístical organization (invitations, management of service providers, etc.), measuring results and making recommendations.
  • Press Relations: launching press releases, preparing kits for journalists, updating clipping reports and internal tracking, monitoring the competition, and contributing to the internal press review.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of higher education with a specialization in Marketing, Events or Communication
  • Good knowledge of the Media and Advertising industries, new technologies and the Internet
  • Good knowledge of computer tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Creative Cloud knowledge a plus.
  • Good level of written and spoken English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
  • Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, able to take the initiative and adapt, curious and able to relate to others are necessary for the success of this internship within a young and motivated team, in a fastgrowing company
  • Any experience in Marketing, Events, Communications or in the field of digital advertising is a plus
