Purpose:
To lead and drive cross-functional alignment for LS&Co

brand portfolio:

retail and wholesale stores in support of key brand, product and business initiatives that deliver on brand equity, traffic, sales, conversion, market share growth and new consumer acquisition in our Cluster retail stores and wholesale locations.


Design, plan, develop and coordinate projects, from start to end, by following global guidelines and translating it, adapting it and making its introduction viable according to assigned channel and market needs.

Achieve the best visual impact, consistency of execution and the maximum experience linked to Brand Experience, Marketing, Sales goals to deliver Cluster targets.


Understand Wholesale channel as:

Premium, Regular or Standard and Multibrand departamental stores; Retail channel as Mainline and Outlet stores under 3 business models: O&O, Commissionaire and Franchisees, within malls or standing alone stores.


Key Results:
Understand LS&Co. brand portfolio aesthetics, local market and consumer insights to support business plans and build brand equity throughout the region. Support Brand Experience Lead to execute the best expression of our brand on floor.

Create/Tailor/Execute store design, planning and construction to specific local needs and continually review, refine and upgrade all components based on global/local needs.

Create strong relationships and ways of working with Cross functional partners:

SD Global, Local Retail, Wholesale Sell in, Sell Out Operations, Merchandising, Brand Marketing leads in LSM and outside the company: key partners, clients and vendors.

Excellent communication with Brand Experience director and team members, also with other cross-functional partners. Control assigned A&P and CAPEX budget. Identify in advance opportunities to improve cost to build prices and performance on floor. Deliver consistency across all our POS through store design concept by understanding product and consumer experience. Leverage regional references to achieve and identify design opportunities and tailor by channel, by brand. Support and execute Brand Experience strategies and project plans for all brand portfolios. Create store expansion/remodeling/opening list by year.

Seasonally build partnership and constant communication with Commercial leaders:

Sell in and Sell out to support business direction and understand what is expected to create dedicated channel strategies.


Collaborate with Global SD teams:

attend weekly calls and explain/follow up country plans, receive input or insights, present and get approvals or explain fundamentals around tailored projects, share opportunities situations, local development tools or successful business cases for the region.

Establish ways of working according to total footprint of the business, define formats:
checklist, presentations and reports to be filled to have information control and share it with key partners. Project Management and Execution

  • Partner in Defining Strategic Development, Collaboration and Management of Designers, Fixture Manufactures, Décor Vendors and General Contractors in partnership and direct management of LS&Co Global Store Development.
  • Present footprint plans to Global Store Development (GSD) for highlevel gut checks or feasibility level designs for project costing in partnership with purchasing and construction, reporting findings to the Real Estate team created by the teams.
  • Be part of the solution
  • Define, deliver, and document team process and tool efficiencies with Global guidance in support of a unified and scalable approach.
  • Define, deliver and document store development end to end process and ideal timing with a variety of support partners.
  • Overall Deliverables; Define, track and report KPI's of the team: On time/ On Budget to Global Team on Vendor's work success.
  • Attending Cluster and Country Real Estate calls and reporting out the status of all open projects
- evaluating feasibility for BX Lead.

  • Submit design work to landlords, accounts, franchisees and negotiate with them to maintain our design integrity for all design projects for key focal locations and deals for approvals.
  • Department Store Account, Product Licensee Commercial and Operational Management.


Project Quality Management
  • Assurance /Implementation/ Documentation and reporting
  • Both fixtures and GC | Handover document.
  • Complete control of Country Budget for each project, partner with BX Lead for AFP/SBP conversation
  • Own the PO approval process on SAP to manage the budget.

Collaboration Leader:
BIM360 - Thread that connects collaboration from Global/Regional/Country teams.
