PROPOSITO GENERALDEL PUESTO:


El/La Técnico(a) de Aceros de Perforación es el responsable de brindar soporte técnico integral al Cliente de los contratos de aceros de perforación, y realizar mantención de estos.

Debe participar y ser ejemplo de una comunicación asertiva, coherente, y empática de la cultura corporativa de acuerdo con los lineamientos, y la estrategia de la compañía.


FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Implementa los controles de los accesorios de perforación.
  • Realiza la valorización de los accesorios de perforación consumidos durante el mes, de manera correcta, transparente, confidencial y segura.
  • Presenta oportunamente informes de descarte prematuro de aceros
  • Reporta y mantiene el stock de aceros en la unidad minera
  • Afilar bits y mantener el Taller de Afilado, según los estándares de seguridad, exigidos por el Cliente y/o Sandvik.
  • Supervisar y verificar permanentemente el estado operativo de los equipos de perforación (presiones de trabajo, estado de los centralizadores, etc.).
  • Asistencia diaria a las reuniones programadas por las operaciones mineras.
  • Cuida y responde por los bienes asignados por la empresa (Camioneta, afiladora, computadora, radios portátiles, celulares, etc.).
  • Llevar un control diario de aceros de perforación por medio de las aplicaciones digitales del área de Rock Tools.
  • Conoce y ejecuta los controles establecidos en la Matriz de Identificación de Peligros y Evaluación de riesgos.
  • Título Técnico en mantenimiento.

Requisitos:

  • Residencia en la zona (Antofagasta
  • Calama).
  • Experiência laboral de 3 años en Minera o empresa similar.
  • Licencia de conducir clase B.
  • Manejo de MS Office.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

Zona de Trabajo:
Calama.
