Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Key Project Coordinator para unirse a nuestro equipo de proyectos del segmento Energy & Industry y liderar proyectos claves en la industria minera para Hilti en la región de Antofagasta, Norte de Chile.


El Key Project Coordinator es una posición clave en la ejecución de la estrategia de proyectos, proporcionando soporte comercial a nuestros clientes principales y coordinando soporte en conjunto con otras áreas en sitios de la industria minera.

Serás responsable de gestionar el éxito del proyecto a través de las distintas variables y áreas en sinergia, para así maximizar nuestras ventas en el segmento de minería.

¿QUE RESPONSABILIDADES TENDRÁS?

  • Coordinarás proyectos clave desde la planificación hasta la ejecución junto a otras áreas y equipos de Hilti.
  • Serás el enlace entre nuestros clientes y las soluciones de HILTI, asesorándolos en el proyecto.
  • Demostrarás y propondrás soluciones HILTI maximizando la productividad de nuestros clientes, identificando sus necesidades en el proyecto.
  • Asegurarás la ejecución exitosa del proyecto y que seamos un socio estratégico para nuestros clientes en la industria minera.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo transversal y capacidad de trabajar en equipo.

¿QUE NECESITAS PARA APLICAR?

  • Titulación en Ingeniería.
  • Deseable estudios adicionales relacionados con Administración de negocios y gestión de proyectos;
  • Nível de inglés intermedio (No excluyente).
  • Experiência en ventas consultivas o gestión de proyectos en la industria de la construcción.
  • Experiência en manejo de grandes proyectos con varios Key stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo transversal y capacidad de trabajar en equipo
