Descripción de responsabilidades
- Gestionar las tareas administrativas relacionadas con las actividades de ventas.
- Control y seguimiento oportuno de todas las actividades involucradas al proceso de ventas desde la etapa de cotización hasta la recepción conforme del suministro o servicio por parte del cliente.
- Procesar oportunamente los requerimientos del cliente
- Seguimiento de cotizaciones, órdenes de compra, confirmación de órdenes, despachos, importaciones, etc.
- Entregar apoyo continuo a las Líneas de Negocios en todas las actividades relacionadas con su cargo.
- Realizar control y seguimiento continuo al ciclo de ventas
- Elaborar informes de ventas.
- Participar en ventas y negociaciones, actuando como vendedor y negociador, cuando sea necesario y aplicable
Para obtener éxito en esta posición es importante:
- Educación Superior completa
- Experiência previa de 1 a 3 años en la industria de celulosa y papel.
- Español e inglés escrito y hablado, nível superior excluyente
- Experiência en soporte a ventas.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del país, así como también globalmente.
