En este momento nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Project Manager para Real Estate para Santiago.

Ejecutar el Master Plan, la búsqueda de ubicaciones, negociación y cierres de acuerdo de arriendos o compraventa, para asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de aperturas y crecimiento establecido por la compañía.

Eficiente

cartera de Real Estate a través del análisis de cierres, reubicaciones, conversiones o ampliaciones de locales.

Principales Funciones:

  • Apoyar en elaboración de Master Plan y Estrategia de crecimiento de la compañía.
  • Análisis y aprobación de nuevas ubicaciones.
  • Buscar, negociar y cerrar negocios de arriendo o compra para los nuevos locales o bodegas.
  • Renegociaciones y renovaciones de contratos.
  • Análisis y aprobación de conversiones, remodelaciones o cierre de tiendas y coordinación posterior.
  • Plan de remodelaciones y mantención de los inmuebles.
  • Coordinación nuevas aperturas.
  • Gestionar el proceso de administración y mantención de los inmuebles.
