Facility Manager Partime que tendrá principal objetivo facilitar y optimizar el entorno laboral en la empresa a través de la gestión estratégica y eficiente de los recursos y servicios físicos de bodegaje industrial, con un enfoque en la mejora continua de procesos, la productividad, y los objetivos del negocio.


  • OBJETIVOS DE DESEMPEÑO EN EL CARGO
  • Colaborar con el equipo directivo para alinear los objetivos de la gestión de instalaciones con la estrategia general de la empresa.
  • Planificar y ejecutar proyectos relacionados con la expansión, renovación o mejora de las instalaciones.
  • Establecer presupuestos para proyectos y operaciones diarias, y supervisar los gastos de manera eficiente.
  • Gestionar los servicios generales como suministro de energía, agua, saneamiento y comunicaciones.
  • Negociar contratos con proveedores y supervisar la calidad de los servicios prestados.
  • Identificar oportunidades para la mejora y eficiencia en todos los procesos de la empresa.
  • Desarrollar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.
