Global66 creemos que el principio de todo y el centro del negocio son nuestros clientes, es por esto que el/la
CX Onboarding Analyst de Global66 tendrá por objetivo principal dar soporte personalizado a los clientes que no completen el flujo automático de registro en la plataforma a modo de recuperar cuentas y mejorar constantemente la tasa de aprobación.


  • Cumplir con los objetivos de adquisición de clientes, conversión y cumplir con los objetivos de calidad interna.
  • Gestionar oportunamente la solicitud de información hacia clientes conforme a las condiciones definidas en política KYC de revisión de DNI.
  • Revisar y aprobar documentación que acredite la identidad del cliente, conforme a los aceptados por Global 81 SpA.
  • Control y monitoreo de los registros que son rechazados por nuestros proveedores de revisión de DNI.
  • Documentar y comunicar oportunamente cambios en los flujos internos de Onboarding en CX.
  • Revisión y monitoreo de los canales internos con casos correspondientes a validación de DNI
  • Proponer y ejecutar mejoras continuas en los flujos y materiales de soporte a la revisión de DN
  • Generar y padronizar documentos, correos, plantillas, flujos de trabajo.
  • Realizar atención personalizada a modo de recuperar y activar la cuenta de los clientes rechazados.



¿Qué buscamos?:

  • Conocimiento blando de la Ley y
  • Conocimientos en computación y software nível usuario.
  • Deseable nível Intermedio en lectura y escritura en Portugués.
  • Deseable nível Intermedio en lectura y escritura en Inglés.
  • Conocimientos básicos de programas de flujos.
