Actualmente nos encontramos reclutando un
Arquitecto en permisos, Intermediate, el cual formará parte del Área de Medio Ambiente de Ausenco.


Debido a nuevos proyectos y oportunidades, estamos buscando un Arquitecto de permisos, especialista en la elaboración y tramitación de permisos sectoriales para la construcción, específicamente, Informe Favorable para la Construcción (IFC), Permisos de Edificación y Recepción Final, desde su elaboración hasta su tramitación.

Experiência en levantamiento de instalaciones en terreno, y en permisos a tramitar en la SEC, en lo que respecta la coordinación y organización de profesionales de diferentes especialidades.

Deseable experiência en permisos sanitarios en lo que respecta elaboración de planimetría y especificaciones técnicas, entre otras asesorías estratégicas en el área.


El principal desafío para enfrentar este cargo es asegurar la gestión completa de los permisos habilitadores para la construcción y operación de diferentes instalaciones, proveyendo de los antecedentes técnicos requeridos por la autoridad para su aprobación, considerando los plazos previamente acordados y conforme a los estándares de cada proyecto/ estudio.


Acerca del rol

  • Su principal rol será asesorar a clientes internos y externos en el desarrollo de estrategias para una óptima gestión de permisos para la construcción, así como hacerse cargo de su elaboración, tramitación y aprobación ante las distintas autoridades, además de una activa participación en la revisión de criterios de ingeniería ambiental para permisos y coordinación de interdisciplinas. Reportará al Gerente de Medio Ambiente en Santiago.

Acerca de ti

  • Profesional titulado en arquitectura con un mínimo de 7 años de experiência laboral.
  • Experiência mínima de 5 años en la elaboración y gestión de permisos ambientalessectoriales en minería.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa ambiental y sectorial chilena y vigente con énfasis en minería.
  • Conocimiento en revisiones de cumplimiento de la Ordenanza General de Urbanismo y Construcciones y sus consideraciones de seguridad, para construcciones de tipo industrial.
  • Conocimiento en SIG y AutoCAD
  • Experiência en seguimiento de Planes Maestros de Permisos (PMP).
  • Experiência en elaboración de PAS 160, en el marco de evaluación de DIAs y EIAs.
  • Comunicación fluida y asertiva.
  • Proactivo.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
  • Office avanzado.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Nível de inglés intermedio.
