What we are looking for

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly ambitious Channel Account Manager.

As a Channel Account Manager at AnyDesk you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners.


  • Develop a portfolio by identifying and recruiting new key partners while maintaining close relationships with existing AnyDesk's Partners within the assigned region
  • Develop & execute a strategic business plan together with partners, assisting them in developing a longterm strategy to ensure they achieve mutual agreed goals
  • Develop and manage sales forecast, drive and report pipeline, QBRs and marketing activities
  • Conduct regular training and enablement of partners
  • Define requirements and support the execution of product marketing activities / campaigns with channel partners, developing brand awareness together with AnyDesk's marketing team
  • Develop and implement at partners' team the required sales and technical certification
  • Provide insight into channel requirements, trends, competition and pricing
  • Promote AnyDesk's portfolio through product demos, webinars and by representing AnyDesk's at Industry Trade Shows
  • Complete other duties as assigned
What you bring to the table

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Korean and English with strong communication skills, any additional languages (Japanese, Cantonese, Thai, and German) are a plus
  • Problem solving skills, creativity and positive attitude towards challenges
  • Passion and understanding for technology (Cloud Services & SaaS Solutions), emphasis on software understanding, CRM (HubSpot is a plus), and business (process) analysis
  • Customer focus with the determination to exceed partner's expectations
  • Empathic, positive, accountable, able to listen and have confidence to work closely with, and advise, senior executives

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Sound experience in channel sales and account management in IT industry with focus on SaaS
  • Proficient knowledge of business administration, negotiation and retention skills
  • Organized and structured with excellent analytical skills
  • Travel may be required
