  • 1 DESCRIPCION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Descubrimiento y recopilación de funcionalidades

  • Participar en sesiones de descubrimiento de clientes trabajando con miembros del equipo técnico y funcional para identificar la solución adecuada para cada cliente.
  • Trabajar con el cliente para traducir sus necesidades en requisitos detallados y, finalmente, traducirlos en historias de usuario.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el responsable técnico para garantizar que los requisitos empresariales se traducen correctamente en requisitos técnicos y que el equipo dispone de toda la información necesaria para actuar.
Entrega

  • Habilitación del equipo: confirmar que el equipo técnico dispone de todas las herramientas técnicas necesarias para empezar a trabajar (Sandboxes, licencias, etc.).
  • Aprobación garantizar la aprobación por parte del cliente de las diferentes fases del proyecto (compilación, control de calidad, despliegue).
  • Planificación de sprints: gestionar las ceremonias de scrum/agile, incluidos los huddles, el backlog grooming, la planificación de incrementos, las retrospectivas y las demostraciones de sprints (cuando sea aplicable a la metodología de entrega de la consultoría).
  • Gestión de riesgos identificar y mitigar los riesgos del proyecto, aplicando estrategias para minimizar el impacto de los problemas, controlando las desviaciones del calendario del proyecto y los costes estimados.
Informes

  • Preparar y gestionar los calendarios de los proyectos, los informes de ejecución, los informes de situación y las variaciones de alcance.
  • Informar sobre el estado del proyecto a la dirección interna y al equipo de gestión del cliente, incluyendo el escalado de problemas cuando proceda.
  • Mantener una previsión precisa de los recursos del proyecto de acuerdo con el presupuesto aprobado.
Gestión del cliente

  • Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes día a día, superando sus expectativas y garantizando su satisfacción.
  • Prestar apoyo a los clientes durante todo el proyecto y el proceso de ejecución posterior.
