WHAT YOU'LL DO:


Our highest outcome for Alumni Relations effort is to build and sustain a community that represents a network of proud and informed ambassadors, engaging in meaningful, mutually beneficial, and long-term relationships with former colleagues, current staff, and BCG as an organization.


The Alumni Senior Coordinator will lead the BCG Alumni network and all related activities in the Spanish-speaking South America system, which includes Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Panama, with the goal to build a strong and engaged community.


She/he will provide support to:

  • Ensure regular and relevant touchpoints with all Alumni
  • Keep Alumni engaged with BCG through providing relevant content, events, peer connections, communications, among other
  • Enable Alumni microcommunities
  • Ensure we capture the commercial potential of our alumni network, by capturing and increasing share of Alumni influenced business
  • Support Alumni on transitions, coaching and strategic placements
  • Collaborate with the global network and internal stakeholders on various Alumnirelated and CRM matters

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

  • Great planning skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities
  • Great computing skills, comfortable with IT/system tools
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, high attention to details and followups
  • A people person with excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively in both virtual and inperson team environments, partnering across functions, geographies, cultures, and staff levels within BCG

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

- +7 years of relevant professional experience

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in human resources, marketing or similar
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to manage and update CRM tools built on database management
  • A people person with demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining professional relationships and communities
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, along with the ability to analyze information and extract data for intended outcomes
  • Excellent verbal communication and skills in English
  • Clarity, tact, professionalism, and ability to influence in writing, speaking, and conveying information
  • Experience dealing with senior level stakeholders (Csuite, decision makers)
