Key Account Supervisor
We are looking for a strong leader to continue developing and growing the Professional Hygiene business in South Latam.
About the Role
This role is responsible for global accounts in Professional Hygiene.
We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for the development of global accounts and direct sales accounts.
- Together with the KAM of the channel, it builds the strategic plan for its client portfolio.
- He is responsible for the execution and participates in the strategic planning of his clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor customerspecific sales processes and account plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
- It is responsible for and serves a portfolio of clients nationwide
- Advises clients regarding new products, payment terms and discounts, prices, etc.
- Is informed of how the market develops
- Establishes relationships with the different administrative areas of the client to ensure optimal management of the sales process.
- Delivery of information and receipt of claims, comments, technical specifications, dispatch information, stock and others. Preparation and/or modification of letters and memos, requests and general information for distributors
Who You Are?
- Minimum 23 years of work experience in commercial areas
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative international environment
- Excellent analytical skill set
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Leadership capabilities
- Computer skills (Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Desirable requirement: English
