Treasurer - Andes

Purpose:

Plan the company's treasury, taking the necessary measures to ensure that there is always liquidity in the company, meet all financial obligations acquired on time and optimize the use of available financial resources.

Its role is that the company has at all times the necessary resources to guarantee the continuity of its activities.

Key Results:

• Cash flow accuracy
• Ensure liquity for the normal operation
• Minimize financial costs

Additional Information and Key Metrics:

• Speed up the fulfillment of tasks.
• Reduce the occurrence of calculation or planning errors.
• Automate more or less simple procedures.
• Increase the range of action and knowledge.
• Ensure the success of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for cash management procedures
• Maintain relationships with banks
• Responsible for renewals of bond letters
• Submit cash management reports
• Account Reconciliations
• Keep the company within sox controls
• Support to external audits

Minimum Education Required:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

Years and Type of Experience Required:
Minimum proven work experience of 3 years in similar positions (preferably in Retail companies)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Management of Cash Flow
• Knowledge of Balance Sheet, Income Statement
• Detailed knowledge of legislation, regulations and financial practices
• Supplier payment experience
• Management of MS Office
• SAP system management
• English (Desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Complexity and Accountability:

• Solid quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, problemsolving, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to work within various group settings.
• This role requires a high degree of flexibility, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple deliverables in a fastpaced.

• Internal: Global and regional treasury team, finance team, regional team
• External (if applicable): Banks and local vendors
