Main Responsibilities:

What you'll do:

  • Act as the project leader for one or multiple strategic/high profile key clients.
  • Continuously strengthen client relationships with exemplary project leadership and delivery.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmapping.
  • Lead the product program track internally and work closely with the product team to ensure project timeline, deliverables and roadmap are managed and adhered to
  • Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project.
  • Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget. This includes on time entry and approvals for project timesheets.
  • Manage daytoday execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project.
  • Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and indepth analytical skills.
  • Resolve issues, mitigate risks, foster project change control, scope management, budget tracking and forecasting, as well as develop and review all project assets such as SOW, logs, and Change Orders.
  • Facilitate review sessions with the client and internal team.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage all Launchpad services and technologies.
  • Assign project work assignments and tasks to project teams
  • Conduct difficult conversations regarding budget, resources and timeline and formally capture and communicate outcomes of client and internal meetings.
  • Travel from time to time to engage clients and foster rapport.

Experience & Skills:

  • 710 years IT professional services as a project manager.
  • Strong motivational and team building skills.
  • Solid business and project financial management skills, budget control.
  • Highly motivated individuals thriving on accepting new challenges while working under mínimal supervision.
  • Track of record of positive client facing experience and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of client business requirements, and ability to present them in a form that is comprehensible to business users and IT professionals.
  • Expert understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Proficient in both Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Time management and project tracking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to clearly and concisely present information to various levels of stakeholders.
  • Competitive attitude to succeed through positive leadership.
  • Accomplished in planning and management of detailed project plans and diverse teams.
  • Minimal travel to client sites and sales prospects as required.
