About This Role: We are hiring a Shopify E-Commerce Operations Manager to support a fast-moving, design-led jewelry and lifestyle DTC brand with weekly product drops. This role owns product listings, asset organization, and launch readiness—managing Dropbox files, selecting images within brand guidelines, and publishing clean, conversion-ready product pages in close collaboration with founders and creative partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage weekly product drops and publish new product listings on scheduleOrganize and maintain product assets in DropboxSelect and upload product images based on brand guidelines or provided directionBuild, QA, and update product pages, collections, and tagsCoordinate with founders and creatives to ensure smooth launchesFlag missing assets or risks ahead of go-live Software/Platforms/Tools: Shopify (or similar e-commerce platform)DropboxGoogle WorkspaceCanva, Figma, or Adobe (basic usage)Slack, Zoom Qualifications: 3–5 years of freelancing experience.Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).2–5+ years in e-commerce operations or e-commerce managementStrong experience managing product listings for DTC brandsOrganized, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenConfident in making image and presentation decisions within guidelinesExperience working with US-based teams Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, with consistent overlap with US PST business hours.
