Nuestro cliente es un Freight Forwarder con presencia internacional, enfocado en soluciones de transporte y logística internacional para clientes importadores y exportadores. Actualmente se encuentra en búsqueda de un Sales Executive Senior, quien tendrá la responsabilidad de liderar el crecimiento comercial de su cartera, desarrollar nuevos negocios y potenciar cuentas estratégicas en el mercado chileno. Algunas responsabilidades del cargo incluyen: Desarrollar y gestionar una cartera activa demostrable de clientes importadores y exportadores.Generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales y cerrar negocios de mayor complejidad.Diseñar propuestas comerciales y estrategias de crecimiento para cuentas estratégicas.Coordinar con operaciones y servicio al cliente para asegurar altos niveles de servicio y retención.Realizar seguimiento de indicadores comerciales y cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.Mantener relaciones comerciales de largo plazo, identificando oportunidades de cross selling y up selling.Gestionar pipeline y oportunidades comerciales en CRM. El candidato ideal debe contar con al menos 2 años de experiencia comprobable, exclusivamente en freight forwarder, con cartera activa demostrable, y fuerte orientación a resultados. Debe tener habilidades de negociación avanzada, autonomía comercial, y experiencia manejando clientes medianos y grandes. Se valora manejo de CRM y herramientas de gestión comercial.
