    The Job

    • Handles data entry in QuickBooks.
    • Maintains and updates financial records, inclusive but not limited to bookkeeping and managing AP/AR
    • Answers phone calls and emails from internal and external customers.
    • Schedules and coordinates appointments and meetings as needed.
    • Monitors incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.
    • Manages collections accounts by performing customer outreach.
    • Must be comfortable following up with customers, collecting, and having difficult conversations.


      Compensation: $5 to $7 per hour, commensurate with experience.

      Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

      The Profile

    • 2+ years working as a remote employee.
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
2+ years of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.Superb English communication skills both oral and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.Experience with Google Apps: Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus.A BBA or a degree in a related field is preferred but not required.Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines.
