We are seeking a Spanish and English-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our Operations and Customer Experience team. The role involves consulting customers on technical issues, solving incidents, and configuring tracking devices and software. Working alongside industry experts in transport telematics, you'll have excellent opportunities for learning and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and solve technical incidents related to our products and solutions, manage the communication between Operations and RnD department towards the customer;
- Follow SLA and service processes;
- Team work in the office (the office in CDMX, Reforma);
- Work on Knowledge base building.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field (Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or related fields).
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, ideally in telematics or fleet management, or similar industries.
- Solid understanding of Transport Telematics solutions, GPS tracking systems, and fleet management technology, with a willingness to continuously learn.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to handle complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in **English and Spanish** (fluency at a professional working level; Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences in an accessible way.
- Experience working with SLAs, maintaining service quality standards, and providing excellent customer support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay: $1,500,000 - $1,900,000 per month
