We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for a **Sr. Media Analyst** to help us boost our marketing activities in **Chile**.

What you can expect from us and your role:

- Responsible for the development of media plan in Chile.
- Responsible for the definition of strategy, organic growth plan, the definition of KPIs, and reporting.
- Execute a strategy to increase the user base.
- Lead and optimize the work of the creative agency in the production of assets.
- Responsible for the definition of the posting schedule and for the correct execution of the plan.
- Develop, manage, innovate, and lead digital strategies to maximize audience performance and development.
- Translate strategies, objectives, and business goals into successful programs and campaigns using effective tactics and methodologies.
- Identify engaging content, platform trends and insights.

What we expect from you:

- Over 3 years experience in the role or similar functions.
- Experience in the day-to-day management of on line and off line campaigns
- Creative and analytical profile.
- Deep understanding of marketing content trends and creative assets.
- Excellent skill in verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
- Heavy consumer of sports content and interest in it.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Coordinate with the media agency for the updating and execution of plan documents / Request proposals.
- Support the media strategy to explore new formats, platforms, and segmentation to achieve the goal in a disruptive way to ensure media KPIs.
- Curiosity about technology: a keen interest in how technology can solve problems from every day to life-changing.
- Develop great digital ideas for campaigns with disruptive concepts.
