En Goldwind Chile estamos en busca de nuestro próximo Training Leader para Chile, quien será responsable de realizar algunas de las siguientes funciones.
- Diseñar y ejecutar el plan anual de capacitación técnica y de seguridad para el personal de servicio de Goldwind Chile y clientes. Garantizando que los programas cumplan con los estándares corporativos e integrar las actualizaciones de las nuevas plataformas de turbinas o las modernizaciones.
- Realizar evaluaciones técnicas y prácticas a todo el personal de campo para determinar su nivel técnico. Documentar los resultados de la evaluación y definir planes de desarrollo individuales basados en el rendimiento.
- Colaboración con departamento de asistencia técnica para coordinar las necesidades comunes de capacitación derivadas de problemas operativos o tendencias de fallas en las turbinas.
- Impartir sesiones de capacitación en el aula y sobre el terreno sobre sistemas de turbinas, resolución de problemas y prácticas de seguridad. Asegurarse de que todos los materiales de capacitación estén actualizados, sean precisos y estén disponibles en inglés y español.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Formación técnico profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, electricidad, mecánica, o carrera afín.
- Idioma Inglés Avanzado (Requerido)
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en turbinas eólicas, O&M, con al menos 2 años realizando un programa de entrenamiento.
