Network & Security Expert
para uno de nuestros Importante clientes líder en soluciones tecnológicas e infraestructura a nivel Global, para integrarse a su equipo de
Shared Line of Services (SLS) Infrastructure
, participando en el diseño, implementación y evolución de servicios de redes y seguridad a nivel corporativo.

Objetivo del rol

Diseñar, desplegar y mantener servicios avanzados de
Redes y Seguridad
, asegurando escalabilidad, cumplimiento de estándares corporativos y normas de ciberseguridad, además de liderar la transición de estos servicios hacia los equipos de operación.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y definir servicios de infraestructura de redes y seguridad.
  • Liderar procesos de selección tecnológica (RFP).
  • Actuar como
    Product Owner
    de los servicios de SLS Infrastructure.
  • Garantizar la correcta integración de soluciones con los sistemas corporativos.
  • Asegurar monitoreo, respaldo, continuidad operativa y soporte nivel 3.
  • Coordinar escalaciones con proveedores tecnológicos.
  • Definir KPIs y dashboards de seguimiento de servicios.
  • Participar en auditorías de seguridad y procesos de remediación.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares y políticas de ciberseguridad.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Ingeniería Informática o carrera afín.
  • Al menos
    5 años de experiencia
    en roles similares.
  • Experiencia sólida en redes, seguridad perimetral y entornos cloud.
  • Certificación
    CCIE R&S/
    La ce rtificación CCIE es un plus, pero no es obligatoria si la experiencia es sólida. (No excluyente)
  • Conocimiento en ITIL y gestión de servicios TI.
  • Experiencia trabajando con proveedores externos (outsourcing).
  • Inglés avanzado
    (oral y escrito).
