Community Liaison Specialist

This role will provide administrative support to the Wynnum Manly Ward Office, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and office administration to achieve great outcomes for local residents and the wider community.

We are seeking an experienced Community Liaison Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all in-person, telephone and email enquiries and will have a professional and welcoming demeanour.

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Assist with the management of office administration tasks, including data entry, filing and mail distribution
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of ward office initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• A welcoming and professional demeanour
• Knowledge of the local Wynnum Manly area (highly desirable)
• The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced office and small team environment
