We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wynnum Manly Ward Officer. This role will play a vital part in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the Wynnum Manly Ward Office.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing office administration tasks, and working collaboratively with the ward office team to achieve great outcomes for local residents and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, visitors, and stakeholders
• Manage office administration tasks, including responding to emails, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate records
• Work collaboratively with the ward office team to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the local Wynnum Manly area and its communities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that promote community engagement and social cohesion

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time role with a salary range of AUD $82,582.00 to $91,307.58 per annum, plus superannuation benefits. We also offer a range of employee benefits, including access to professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive rewards program.
