About the Role:

• You will handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring seamless communication with potential sellers.
• Through consistent and professional outreach, you will establish strong relationships with potential sellers, fostering trust and cooperation.
• Using thorough market research and comparative market analysis (comps), you will determine property values and deliver comprehensive MAO calculations to potential sellers.
• You will consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and progress through the acquisition pipeline, optimizing the process for efficient results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and organize the acquisition pipeline to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent and professional communication.
• Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.
• Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis.

Requirements:

• Fully fluent in Spanish.
• Beginner in lead management, outbound calls, and real estate sales.
