Community Liaison Officer

Brisbane City Council is one of the largest local governments in Australia and a major employer in Queensland, serving a diverse community across 26 wards. Our Governance Council and Committee Services branch supports ward offices to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding outcomes for residents.

This role involves working in a dynamic office environment, providing administrative support and delivering high-quality customer service to the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing office tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

This position is based at the Wynnum Manly Ward Office, with regular interactions with the public. The successful candidate will be required to work four days per week, with some flexibility in start and finish times. Office hours are from 8am to 4pm.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an annual salary range of AUD $82,582 to $91,307, plus superannuation.
