Job Overview

The Residente Manager at Château de Mercuès is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury hotel in Awasi and Relais & Chateaux standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless hotel operations, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance hotel performance and revenue.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights for business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a hotel manager in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operational areas within a high-end hotel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, with advanced proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  • Exceptional management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Ability and willingness to relocate and reside in Torres del Paine, Chile.
