PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a diverse portfolio of iconic brands. We are seeking a talented Commercial Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain commercial KPIs reports to track sales and market performance.
  • Participate in PepsiCo franchise and bottlers agenda to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Manage and analyze Nielsen and internal data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales regional managers, trade coordinators, and frontline teams.
  • Conduct market visits to gather insights and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analytics and commercial roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
  • Strong people skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
