Remote Opportunity for a Business Development Manager

We are Yuno, a fast-growing fintech company that empowers businesses to accept all payment methods and manage fraud detection through a single integration. Our strength lies in our people, founded by experts in the payments and IT industries.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of our Business Development Management Team, responsible for driving business growth in Latin America. Your primary goal will be to identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our payment solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. You will own the full sales cycle with enterprise merchants, from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding them.
  2. You will constantly learn and research the payments market to understand the needs, opportunities, and trends in the sector.
  3. You will develop tailored strategies for approaching and engaging with potential clients.
  4. You will establish and maintain relationships with key business clients and industry partners.
  5. You will lead complex negotiations with enterprise merchants and close deals, focusing on long-term mutually beneficial agreements.
  6. You will effectively present and explain Yuno's solution to prospects.
  7. You will gather client feedback to improve our product and service offerings.
  8. You will work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to B2B sales.
  9. You will keep track of sales targets and provide regular reports on progress and challenges to management.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. You have 3+ years of proven experience as a business development manager, with a focus on sales in the B2B payments industry, fintech.
  2. You possess advanced English and native Spanish language skills.
  3. You have a demonstrable sales track record, particularly in international and multi-cultural contexts.
  4. You are familiar with customer support practices.
  5. You have proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  6. You have in-depth market knowledge, with an emphasis on Latin American economies and payment sectors.
  7. You possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  8. You are effective at time management and strategic planning.
  9. You hold a BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
