We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our Pluxee team in Latam South. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Digital Marketing to Drive Business Growth:
    • Directly and indirectly impact xxM€ annual revenue via demand generation (delivery of leads for sales teams & ecommerce funnel), conversion, cross-sell/upsell, retention, and engagement of clients, merchants, and consumers within Latam South (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Uruguay).
    • Translate Global Digital Marketing priorities into Latam South context to create Digital Marketing go-to-market and activation plans and manage delivery of plans via a team of circa 15 people located across 3 countries, as well as through external partners and agencies with zzM€ annual budget.
  • Lead the Digital Marketing Team:
    • Contribute actively to improve the efficiency and business impact of the Global Pluxee Digital Marketing team by sharing best practices, successes & failures, results, and supporting global tool selection or global methods definition.
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans:
    • Contribute to the definition and continuous refinement of Global Digital Marketing priorities that will deliver against Pluxee's strategy and business goals in terms of new business, retention, engagement, and self-care targets for all stakeholders (clients/merchants/consumers) along their whole lifecycle.
    • Translate priorities and targets into a plan that combines the right balance of always-on activities and ad-hoc campaigns across all digital channels (SEO, Paid media, social media, email, SMS, in-app, mobile push, web/app including personalization).
    • Own and coordinate the execution of the agreed plan and be accountable for its business outcomes. Identify risks, impacts, trends, and insights, and adjust and optimize the plan accordingly.
  • Manage Budget and Resources:
    • Supervise the operational management of the digital platforms/tools that are used to attract, capture, and convert clients, merchants & consumers.
    • Assess and anticipate capacity requirements and any specific project or tool deployments to ensure that resources align with anticipated demand for effective execution.
    • Establish forecasts & targets and monitor progress, performance, and overall ROI/ROAS using a standard KPI framework.
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members:
    • Lead and mentor the Latam South Digital Marketing team (c. 15 FTEs), fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:
    • Address crisis and incident management demands as needed, supporting local teams.
    • Manage agencies & vendors, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and contract management.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education:

A Master's degree in business administration, Marketing or quantitative fields.

Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing in BtoB and ideally BtoC/BtoBtoC environments.

At least 5 years of experience in a people management position of large teams.

Comfortable linking Digital Marketing efforts to producing business results.

Experience in working in a matrix global organization.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence in transverse situations.

Relies on data facts to make decisions; demonstrates strong data and statistics literacy.

Desire to learn, test, and discover continuously.

Ability to travel.

Languages:

Fluent in at least one of the languages spoken in Latam South, with Brazilian a strong plus; mandatory fluent English.

Competencies:

Operational experience in Digital Marketing covering all required disciplines.

In-depth knowledge of buyer's journey and various marketing channels.

Strong understanding of customer buying journeys and sales processes.

Successful track record of scaling digital Marketing efforts.

Experience in deploying complex automated approaches.

Strong understanding of GDPR compliant practices.

Working knowledge of advanced measurement systems such as Multi-Touch Attribution.

Strong track record in managing projects from concept to completion.

Ability to articulate complex workflows and dependencies.

Successful experience in driving agencies.

Proficient in MS suite, with a very good command of Excel.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools a plus.

Bonus Information:

You can expect to earn an estimated salary of around $130,000 per year based on your qualifications and experience.
