What You Will Be Doing

  1. Preparation of information memoranda, company profiles, industry overviews, management presentations, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, due diligence decks, and financial models.
  2. High competency in trading and transaction comps.
  3. Creating and maintaining industry databases, newsletters, and market updates.
  4. Collecting financial data using online and other data sources such as Factset, Capital IQ, EIKON, Bloomberg, etc.
  5. Handling ad hoc research requests such as competitor benchmarking, target screening, capital structure, and liquidity analysis, as per client requirements.
  6. Knowledge of methods such as Comparable Companies, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Sum-of-the-Parts Valuation (SOTP), and Leveraged Buyout (LBOs).

What We're Looking For

  1. Graduate and post-graduate degree specializing in Finance such as Commercial Engineers, Master's in Finance, MBA (Finance), or CFA's are preferred.
  2. Up to 1 year of relevant experience in investment banking advisory or financial research is preferred.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based multicultural environment.
  4. Strong communication is a must for interaction with US/Europe-based clients and with other centers of Evalueserve.
  5. Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  7. Flexibility to work as per client schedule and workload requirements.
  8. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
