Job Overview

As a Client Services Representative at IQVIA, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful generation of reports for our clients. Under guidance, you will control the report generation process and provide support to clients daily or as a specialist on specific products/services.

Essential Functions

• Ensure contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers.

• Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.

• Follow IQVIA data verification protocols.

• Research, analyze and respond to client inquiries that are routine in nature.

• Provide support to team for client service meetings at customer sites.

• May produce ad-hoc studies on demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• Two (1) years related work experience Required

• Advanced English and Portuguese

• Experience in an IQVIA role preferred and pharmaceutical experience Preferred

• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel

• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral)

• Demonstrate problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills

Fixed term (1 year) - Hybrid
