Program Coordinator

We are Southbridge Access, and we provide turnkey solutions for business school programs for international travel immersions in Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, and Latin America. That is why we are looking for a Program Coordinator f who understands about tourism tendencies, and academic travel and is looking to grow rapidly in our company.
Program Coordinators are responsible for supporting the Program Managers during the trip planning and execution process for all Southbridge Access program visits to Latin America, Europe, Asia, and North America. The principal objective of the position is to ensure that trip planning is conducted in a timely and organized manner, and that information is presented to clients in a way that reflects Southbridge Access’ mission to provide unparalleled, highly professional international business immersion experiences for the world’s leading business schools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and send SBA communication documents to facilitate understanding and effective collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring well-informed and engaged program participants.
2. Establish initial contact with companies to secure prompt engagement, preparing companies for program activities and forming strong partnerships.
3. Establish contact with backup companies to maintain reliable alternatives, reducing disruptions and ensuring program continuity with smooth execution.Development and management of relevant digital forms and documentation about programs;
4. Develop and administrate diverse program documents for efficient management, contributing to organized and efficient program operations.
5. Create, revise, and update itineraries to enhance the program experience with well-planned and enjoyable schedules.
6. Regular coordination with Operations, to ensure that all logistics aspects are been taken care of, such as hotels, meals, flights, activities, budget, and others, according to need.Support Business Development and Operations departments on an ad hoc basis.
7. Coordinate with Operations for seamless logístical arrangements, ensuring a well-executed program.
8. Provide communication support to clients for prompt issue resolution and strong client relationships.
9. Shadow and support groups on field for a trouble-free and enhanced group experience.

Pay: $1,100,000 - $1,300,000 per month
