Nuestro cliente es una multinacional minera americana (mandante) dedicada a la extracción de minerales (cobre, oro, etc). Actualmente están buscando sumar al equipo un **Especialista de RR.HH.**, que garantice que los procesos de RR.HH. se muevan ágil y coordinadamente. Dará soporte tanto a los empleados como a las empresas que prestan soporte a RR.HH. (consultoras, auditoras, etc)
Parte de sus responsabilidades incluirá prestar servicios a RR.HH., en cosas cómo:
- Apoyo a los empleados: sirva como contacto principal para las consultas de los empleados sobre incorporación, beneficios, políticas, y otros asuntos relacionados con RR.HH.
- Gestión del ciclo de vida de los empleados: supervisar el apoyo a la contratación, la incorporación, el mantenimiento de registros, las promociones, las transferencias y las bajas.
- Administración de Nómina y Beneficios: será responsable del proceso de nómina y de administrar los programas de beneficios de los empleados, incluyendo seguros médicos, planes de jubilación, entre otros.
- Mejora de procesos: identificar e implementar oportunidades para optimizar y automatizar los procesos de recursos humanos. Colaborar con otras funciones de RRHH para integrarse cuando sea posible.
- Soporte de Proyectos: Liderar y participar en proyectos de RR.HH.
- Gestión de datos de empleados e integración de tecnología: mantener registros de empleados, y administrar sistemas de recursos humanos para garantizar la integridad de los datos, y respaldar la integración de soluciones de tecnología de recursos humanos para mejorar la accesibilidad de los datos, y agilizar los procesos.
- Cumplimiento y auditoría: garantizar que las operaciones de recursos humanos cumplan con las leyes laborales y las políticas de la empresa, y ayudar en las auditorías con documentación precisa.
- Informes de Recursos Humanos: Generar y analizar métricas de Recursos Humanos para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
- Gestión de proveedores: coordinar con proveedores externos (de RR.HH.) para garantizar una prestación de servicios eficiente y de calidad.
- Implementación de políticas: ayudar a desarrollar, comunicar, y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos para toda la organización.
