TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating potential leads to drive our sales initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential leads across various channels and platforms
  • Evaluate leads against specific criteria to ensure quality and relevance
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and tactics
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive lead database to inform sales efforts
  • Deliver regular, detailed reports on lead generation activities and results to inform business decisions
  • Utilize relevant tools and technologies, such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to streamline lead research and outreach
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Focus on the United States market, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • No prior experience in lead generation required, but a willingness to learn and grow
